This Bushmills Irish whiskey takes the distillery’s own single malt finished in Caribbean Rum casks and blends it with grain whiskey. The nose has notes of toffee and molasses, hints of stone fruits, and subtle spices. The taste is fruity and well-balanced with hints of spice, molasses, and brown sugar. The finish is long and sweet with a hint of dry spices. (October, 2022)
