Bunnahabhain’s Feis Ile bottling for 2023 was matured entirely in Canasta Sherry casks, and the nose is aromatic with touches of plums, dates, figs, nutmeg, pecan pie, and raisin bread. The taste has a good balance of spices and dark fruits, with cinnamon, white pepper, and a hint of clove complemented by plums, raisins, figs, and dates. The finish is very long with dark fruits and a hint of spice. Very nice! (June, 2023)
