This blended whisky takes two different Bourbons, one Rye, and an American single malt and creates harmony. The nose has touches of baked apples, linseed oil, a hint of mesquite, honey, cocoa, and grilled peaches. The taste has good spicy notes of black pepper, cinnamon, baked apples, peaches, and honey. The finish is long and spicy with a hint of fruity character. (September, 2022)
