This single cask is an exclusive release for the United States, and was matured for three years in an ex-Bourbon barrel. The nose is fruity and sweet with a nice touch of honey complemented by red apples, candied pears, and brown sugar. The taste is fruity with a nice balance of subtle spices, oak tannins, honey, and brown sugar. The finish is long and fruity with a lingering hint of baking spices. (March, 2021)
