The 2022 release of Angel’s Envy Cask Strength has a nose full of berry preserves, caramel, vanilla, and hints of honey and butterscotch. The taste is thick and chewy with fresh berries, cinnamon, a hint of nutmeg, almond oil, honey, ands butterscotch. The finish is long with a lingering spiciness.
