This whiskey is a blend of Rebecca Creek’s own single malt stock, neutral grain whiskey, and bourbon stock from an undisclosed distillery. The nose has good spices with cinnamon, black pepper, and toasted oak notes. The taste is equally spicy with a lingering chili powder note, a lemony tartness that builds as the spice fades, and touches of fudge and dark chocolate as well. The finish is tart and lemony.
