This Colorado bourbon has a charred oak note that dominates the nose, but subtle vanilla, maple syrup, and caramel notes come out with time. The taste is thick and softly spiced with mild cinnamon and chili powder notes, a slight tartness of lemon juice, and a hint of ginger. The finish is smooth and lingering with mild spices.
