The nose is lemon peel with a touch of lime, banana, coconut, and a hint of macadamia nuts and malt. The taste is a mix of citrus and spice with lime, cinnamon, and an orange note that develops with tart undertones and a hint of brine or margarita salt. The finish is lingering, tart, and crisp.
