This single cask bottling marks Armorik’s 25th year of whisky production in 2012, and comes from an Oloroso sherry cask. The nose ia aromatic with no burn, slightly salty with a hint of sea breeze, and hints of ginger and nuts. The taste has mouth-filling spices with cinnamon, cilantro/coriander, underlying fresh fruits, and a touch of dried rose petals. The finish is long with muted spices and floral touches. Very nice.
