This whisky blends five different Bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia, and the nose has touches of orange blossom, pecan wood, maple syrup, and cherry pie. Spices lead the palate with cinnamon, black pepper, and a hint of clove balanced by orange peel, vanilla cream, and cocoa powder. The finish is ling with lingering spices and hints of caramel and nuts. (June, 2023)
