The 2022 release of this 19-year-old Ardbeg has a nose full of grilled pineapple, soft smoke, and a hint of heather. The taste is fruity and tart with a hint of nuttiness and a gentle smokiness along with notes of grilled pineapple, bitter lemon, vanilla beans, honeysuckle, and hints of mango and papaya. The finish is long and tart with hints of spice and smoke. (August, 2022)
