This blend of straight Bourbons is finished in a complex combination of Japanese Mizunara oak, French oak, and toasted American oak barrels. The nose has notes of honey, caramel, wood spices, cocoa powder, and a hint of pine needles. The taste is thick and oily with pine sap, clove, cinnamon, white pepper, cocoa powder, and dried fruits. The finish is long with lingering spices and dried fruits. (September, 2022)
