Unabridged comes from a collaboration between Milam & Greene CEO and award-winning author Heather Greene and writers/consultants David Wondrich and Noah Rothbaum. The aromatic nose has notes of orange, pecan pie, honey, toasted oak, and subtle spices. The taste is complex and intense with good spicy notes of white pepper, cinnamon, orange peel, honey, pecans, and red apples. Water opens up the fruity character without hurting the spices, adding touches of sugar cookies and apple pie along with a slightly nutty character. The finish is long with lingering spices and hints of fruit and chocolate. (September, 2022)
