This whisky comes from barley grown on the Lochlea farm in Ayrshire, and the nose is malty and grassy with butterscotch, honey, and dried flowers. The taste is fruity and floral with barley sugar, honey, dried flowers, and a hint of lemon zest. The finish is long and sweet with barley sugar, honey, and a hint of honeysuckle. (November, 2022)
