Country: USA

Region: Tennessee

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 52.85%

Score: 90 Points

This was originally a Jack Daniel’s travel retail exclusive before being released in limited amounts in the U.S. in 2022, and is finished for two years in Oloroso Sherry casks. The nose has notes of tobacco leaf, leather, charred oak, and cherry cola. The taste has flavors of black pepper, cherry cola, charred oak, and old leather. The finish is long with cherry cola and charred oak. This one doesn’t taste like a traditional single malt, but it’s good on its own merits. (November, 2022)
