This 15-year-old single pot still Irish whiskey is an homage to the Jameson 15 of the early 2000’s. The nose has touches of marzipan, toasted caramel, roasted nuts, raisins, dried fruits, honey, butterscotch, and subtle spices. The taste is thick and spicy with tropical fruits, pineapple, orange, figs, dates, honey, and touches of clove and cardamom. Adding water makes it more well-rounded, fruity, and even spicier. The finish is long and spicy with subtle hints of fruit.
