The Dalmore’s new 21 year old release has a touch of ginger peel on the nose, along with baking chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla pods, and a hint of marzipan. The taste has notes of roasted nuts, marzipan, a touch of licorice, and dried fruits. The finish is long with hints of ginseng, peaches, pears, clementine oranges, and dates. (April, 2022)
