This whisky blends malt from Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, and the nose is malty with touches of vanilla, toasted oak, dried flowers, citrus, and hints of honey and smoke. The taste is tart and citrusy with notes of grilled pineapple, a hint of smoke, lemon zest, and dried flowers. The finish is long and tart.
