This single malt from Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye is the second release in the distillery’s Legacy Series. The nose is smoky and briny with hints of smoked salmon, black tea with lemon, and a nice maltiness. The taste is thick and oily with a good touch of lemon pepper and allspice, smoked salmon, barley sugar, and a hint of honey the background along with a kiss of smoke. The finish is long, tart, and slightly smoky.
