The four-year-old Triple Dog Irish Whiskey is matured in French oak casks, and the nose has notes of toasted caramel, creme brûlée, raisins, and pencil shavings. The taste has touches of creme brûlée, honey, pineapple, vanilla, and a hint of raisins leading into the finish. The finish has hints of raisin bread, creme brûlée, and subtle spices.
