Master blender Dixon Dedman returns with his second 2XO (2 Times Oak) whiskey. This Bourbon has touches of red apples on the nose along with cherries, butterscotch, a hint of spices, and a touch of leather book bindings. The taste has notes of peppercorns, caramel, vanilla, black cherries, and a hint of plums. The finish is long and subtle with soft spices, caramel, apples, and cherries.
