This year’s Cragganmore Distiller’s Edition release is finished in Port-seasoned American oak casks, and the nose has touches of cocoa, tree fruits, soft oak, vanilla, and a hint of citrus. The taste has notes of white grapes, sweet wine, apricots, peaches, vanilla, and a hint of oak tannins. The finish is long, wine-like, and fruity.
