This is a complex blend of American single malt from Virginia Distillery Co., Rye from Mammoth Distilling in Michigan, and Single Pot Still whisky from Talnua Distilling in Colorado. The nose has touches of strawberries, dark fruits, cooked banana, vanilla, and cocoa powder. The taste is creamy and thick with notes of peaches, vanilla, and ground peppercorns that build up slowly leading into the finish – which is long with dark chocolate, lingering spices, a nice maltiness, and a kiss of oak.
