One of the eight whiskies in That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s first batch of Australian whiskies, this is a 5-year old single malt from Bakery Hill Distillery in Victoria. The nose has a nice maltiness along with touches of peaches, apricots, honey, and dried grass. The taste has barley sugar sweetness complemented by white pepper, ginger, honey, and touches of peaches, apples, and apricots. The finish is long and fruity with a subtle bite of spiciness. Very nice! (April, 2021)
