This 16-year-old Bourbon was distilled at Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tennessee and bottled at cask strength. The nose is nutty and sweet with touches of Almond Roca candy, caramel, vanilla, orange marmalade, and a hint of dried flowers. The taste is fruity with notes of orange marmalade and peaches complemented by touches of sandalwood, cedar, almonds, and a hint of chocolate. The finish is long and sweet with a soft touch of oak.
