Decadent Drinks bottled this 13-year-old single cask in partnership with Highland Park. Cask #4613 was a first-fill European Oak ex-Sherry hogshead, and the nose on this whisky has touches of dark fruits, toffee, honey, caramel, and a hint of orange peel. The taste is thick, oily, and mouth-coating with tropical fruits, a hint of cinnamon, toffee, and caramel candy. The finish is very long and fruity with a kiss of smoky spices. (May, 2021)
