This whisky from San Jose’s 10th Street Distillery blends their peated Distiller’s Cut and unpeated STR Cask single malts with two light whiskies sourced from MGP in Indiana. The nose is light and fruity with touches of peaches, apricots, coconut, vanilla, beach sand, and driftwood. The taste has a tart balance of citrus fruits and campfire smoke with hints of dried flowers and honey. The finish is long and sugary-sweet with touch of citrus. (February, 2021)
