The Dublin Liberties Murder Lane Irish Whiskey. Image courtesy First Ireland Spirits/Quintessential Brands. This 13-year-old Irish single malt was distilled at Bushmills and finished in Tokaj wine casks from Hungary. The nose is clean and crisp with hints of green apples, green grapes, and straw. The taste is tart and sweet with dried fruits, subtle spices, a hint of licorice, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and aromatic with lingering notes of fruits, licorice, honey, and a hint of anise. (December, 2020)
