Iniquity Australian Single Malt Whisky Batch #10. Photo ©2020, Mark Gillespie/CaskStrength Media. This Australian single malt from the Tin Shed Distilling Co. in Welland, South Australia was finished in Port casks after starting out in American Oak. The nose has notes of oak tannins, plums, raisins, a hint of anise, and cherry cola. The taste is oily and thick with good spicy touches complemented nicely by dark fruits and oak tannins. The finish is long and oaky with touches of plums and dates, along with a slightly bitter hint of baking chocolate. (February, 2020)
