Brett Pontoni of Binny’s in Chicago and Ryan Maloney of Julio’s Liquors in the Boston suburbs consulted on the final blend with Hiram Walker Distillery master blender Dr. Don Livermore.

The nose is warm and welcoming with toasted oak, cinnamon, clove, allspice, brown sugar, and touches of molasses and dried fruits. The taste has a great spicy character with cinnamon, clove, allspice, and a touch of ginger balanced by notes of molasses and brown sugar. The finish is long with lingering spices, honey, and brown sugar. Excellent! (January, 2020)
