Glenmorangie Grand Vintage 1991. Image courtesy Glenmorangie.Part of the Bond House #1 Series and bottled in 2018 after 26 years, with more than a decade of finishing in either Oloroso Sherry or Burgundy wine casks, this single malt has a fruity and vibrant nose with touches of peaches,  subtle spices, a nice maltiness, and just a hint of oak. The taste is fruity with a good underlying spiciness of ginger root and white pepper complementing peach and red apple notes. The finish is long and fruity. Excellent! (September, 2019)
