(They’ll be revealed at the end of 2019.)

The nose is malty and fruity with tart touches of citrus fruits, along with butterscotch candies, ginger, allspice, and sandalwood. The taste is thick and chewy with a malty sweetness and a touch of honey at first, followed by allspice and ginger notes along with a citrusy tartness. Hints of butterscotch and oak sawdust add complexity in the background, with a subtle hint of licorice that develops late and lasts into the finish, which is long and subtle with touches of citrus and sandalwood to complement the licorice. Excellent complexity and balance. (July, 2019)
