This single cask Kilchoman was bottled exclusively for Holydram Israel, and the nose has notes of peat smoke, grilled fruits, hints of heather and honey, and a subtle touch of menthol. The taste is fruity and smoky with a good peatiness, grilled fruits, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and smoky with hints of fruit in the background. (May, 2019)
