Tokinoka Blended Whisky. Image courtesy Eigashima Shuzo.This whisky comes from a blend of whiskies distilled at Eigashima Shuzo’s White Oak Distillery in Japan, and the nose is fruity and vibrant with notes of apricots, fresh peaches, honeycomb, and butterscotch. The taste is light and fruity, but not terribly complex with dried fruits and touches of spice. The finish is medium-length with hints of butterscotch and lingering spices. (January, 2019)
