This US-exclusive single cask bottling from St. George’s Distillery is bottled at cask strength, and has a malty and sweet nose with notes of honey, molasses, brown sugar, butterscotch, and soft spices in the background. The taste is thick and sweet at first, followed by a burst of clove, cinnamon, and allspice notes with honey, molasses, and butterscotch notes underneath. The finish is long, subtle, and slightly dry with hints of molasses and butterscotch. Nice! (April, 2018)
