Speyburn 15. Image courtesy Speyburn/Inver House. This single malt made its debut in the fall of 2017, and the nose is clean and crisp with a slight lemon-lime tartness, banana, a hint of dried apricots, and vanilla. The taste is fruity with notes of red apples, apricots, a hint of allspice, banana, and coconut for an excellent balance. The finish is long and slightly tart with lingering allspice and a touch of ginger. Very nice! (September, 2017)
