Tobermory 10. Image courtesy Burn Stewart Distillers. This single malt from Scotland’s Isle of Mull has a nose with notes of honey, molasses, orange peel, ginger, shortbread cookies, and Manuka honey. The taste is spicy with cinnamon, white pepper, orange peel, and touches of coconut and vanilla that come out in the background. The finish has notes of licorice, butterscotch, and honey.
