The nose is rich and malty with notes of peach pie, coconut, vanilla, clover honey, muted spicy notes of allspice and ginger, a very subtle touch of smoke, fudge, and caramel candy. The taste starts off thick and creamy, then turns spicy with chili powder and black pepper notes balanced by honey, lemon, coconut, fudge, and toffee underneath. The finish lingers with subtle spices, fudge, and hints of honey, lemon, and black tea. (May, 2015)
