The nose has a soft peatiness with heather smoke, honey, vanilla, and hints of coconut, maple, and cedar. The taste is thick, rich, and smoky with a peatiness that builds and builds through the finish and notes of vanilla, coconut, brown sugar, and maple. The smokiness slowly fades on the finish with hints of ashiness, brown sugar, and molasses. (October, 2014)
