Cameron Brig Single Grain Scotch Whisky. Image courtesy Diageo. This is the one official bottling of single grain whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery in Fife, and is not widely available outside of Scotland.

As with most single grains, the nose is very clean with notes of honey, straw, dried grass and rose petals, a whiff of allspice, and a touch of vanilla. The taste is very clean with spicy touches of allspice and clove, honey sweetness, and vanilla. The finish lingers with subtle touches of allspice, clove, dried grass and dried flowers.
